As with any organization, funds are very important to keep us going to be able to do what we do and help our furry friends at Husky Rescue.
Some of our challenges are to be able to get funds in for vet bills and food for the huskies in our care and as can be seen by the picture of little Nuka in the comments, we have some challenging cases.
Nuka is the prime example of why a Husky should not be shaven. Found on the side of the road with obvious signs of neglect and as a result of his shaven coat, suffers from severe sunburn.(full extent of his injuries can be seen from video’s on our website – www.huskyrescue.org.za)
