Received a lovely update this evening from Ann who adopted Kratos 3 months ago. When he first went home he was petrified of coming down the stairs but with some patience and confidence building he has finally mastered them.

Comrades Marathon
When Gareth and myself decided to run the Comrades marathon after successfully completing the 947 Cycle Challenge last year in under 3 hours we had no idea what lay ahead. Injuries, sickness and general disruption in training was making the self doubt creep in.
